TYPES OF DAYMAKER ROLES

Receptionist

The receptionist is the welcoming face of the company. This role involves more than just manning the reception desk; it also includes close collaboration with the facilities team to ensure smooth operations throughout the building. Responsibilities range from greeting guests and issuing passes to managing meeting rooms, coordinating AV setups, and arranging catering.

Shipping and Logistics

This role is all about mastering the flow of mail and packages. It involves handling both inbound and outbound shipments and working with various shipping providers to secure the most cost effective options. International shipping also falls under this role’s purview, requiring meticulous attention to detail and timing.

Workplace Assistant

As the workplace assistant, the role involves overseeing a diverse team, including receptionists, postroom staff, and porters. The primary objective is to ensure seamless daily operations, working closely with clients and providing crucial support for events. This role is essential in maintaining a smooth and efficient workplace experience.

Porter

The porter is always on the move, handling a variety of tasks that keep the office running smoothly. Responsibilities include setting up for events, organizing meeting rooms, and managing last-minute requests. Additionally, this role ensures that supply stations are stocked and meeting rooms meet the required standards.

Guest Experience Manager

The guest experience manager leads a large team, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences for every guest. This role serves as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, taking on challenges with an innovative mindset and ensuring top-tier service at all times.

Community Coordinator

The community coordinator is the versatile team member who steps in wherever needed. With no set schedule, this role requires flexibility and adaptability, covering for permanent staff during absences or annual leave and ensuring consistent service across multiple locations.

Team Leader

The team leader role involves managing teams of varying sizes, depending on the contract. This role is all about guiding and supporting the team to achieve operational excellence, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
