We’re delighted to share that On Verve has won Bronze in the Best Customer Experience category at the UK Business Awards 2024! This incredible achievement celebrates our dedication to reimagining workplace experiences and placing people at the heart of everything we do.

From the outset, our mission has been simple yet powerful: to make a difference in the most positive way. This recognition is a testament to our team of passionate DayMakers, who work tirelessly to transform workplaces into vibrant, inspiring communities.

Revolutionising the workplace experience

Since our appointment by Bellrock and LGIM in 2022, we’ve taken a fresh approach to workplace services. Our DayMakers go beyond the traditional corporate reception role, embedding themselves into the culture of each site and creating spaces where tenants and guests feel valued and connected.

Through a mix of creativity, innovation, and reliability, our team has built a thriving workplace community across three Manchester properties. From hosting wellness workshops and planning seasonal events to simply being a consistent friendly face, our DayMakers ensure every interaction is meaningful and uplifting.

One standout initiative has been the creation of a wild garden on a building rooftop, complete with a wildlife camera live-streamed to reception. This project added a touch of nature to the workplace and demonstrated our commitment to sustainability. Add to that pop-up events with local businesses, steps challenges with charitable donations, and self-defence classes for women, and you’ve got a recipe for a workplace where people genuinely enjoy spending time.

People at the heart of success

We understand that great workplace experiences begin with great people. That’s why our team is trained through our bespoke platform, Synergy, which equips DayMakers with the skills and confidence to deliver outstanding service. Synergy also encourages collaboration and personal growth, ensuring our team members are always inspired to bring their best to the workplace.

Consistency has been another pillar of our success. Unlike traditional front-of-house providers, we ensure there’s always a familiar face onsite, including cover during DayMaker absences. This reliability has earned us glowing feedback from tenants, who frequently highlight the warmth and professionalism of our DayMakers.

One tenant said: “My DayMaker always goes above the standard. She has made me feel so much more comfortable and welcomed on days when I’ve not wanted to be at work. I cannot thank the team enough for the hard work they do.”
