Our DayMaker solution clinched the victory by showcasing our unique approach to delivering exceptional customer experiences, particularly through our guest services tailored for corporate clients. We received special recognition for our collaboration with a finance industry client boasting an extensive customer base exceeding five million.
The achievement was attributed to several key factors, including our innovative training methods, commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, and our social value initiatives. We were also commended for our advisory role, guiding clients in transforming their offices into sought-after destinations. Judges particularly praised our introduction of creativity and individuality within a traditionally structured service line.
